Lacrosse, known as the “Creator’s Game,” is a sport deeply rooted in Indigenous North American cultures. Originally played to unify communities, build leadership, and honor the Creator, it carries forward powerful traditions and values. Today, lacrosse continues to teach teamwork, discipline, and respect, helping young people grow mentally and physically, build resilience, and foster a lifelong appreciation for an active lifestyle. More than just a sport, lacrosse is a legacy that shapes well-rounded individuals, teaching essential lessons about life, humanity, and connection through athleticism. We believe strongly in these principles and adopt them as a core component of our program.

TC Youth Lacrosse Club is looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our Board of Directors.
We currently have three board seats open for election and are seeking community members who want to help grow the game, support our athletes, and strengthen youth lacrosse in the Traverse City area.
