High School Fall Ball (Classes of 2027-30)

We are trying something a little different this fall season with the registration process. Please read this carefully and reach out with any questions. The Fall 2026 tournament opportunities available for our boys' program are listed below, including the tournament name, date, location, team format (full field 10 v 10 unless otherwise noted), per-player cost, and the minimum and maximum roster sizes required. 

Instead of estimating the number of players that will be available for each tournament and submitting registrations and fees upfront, we are asking families to confirm their commitments first. We do not realistically expect to attend every event listed. The purpose of sharing these options is to gauge interest, identify the best opportunities for each age group, and participate in the tournaments that work best for most families. This approach will allow us to make better decisions, avoid unnecessary costs, and prevent the frustration of having to withdraw teams at the last moment because there are not enough committed players. As a result, it is important to complete the form by the deadline. If you do not register in time, there is a chance your player may not be able to participate if the maximum roster size has already been reached.

• Turkey Shoot | November 1 | Clarkston | $150 | 6 v 6 – Min Roster 9, Max Roster 12
• Holiday Hustle | December 27 | Wixom | $150 | 6 v 6 – Min Roster 9, Max Roster 12

Before submitting your selections, please carefully review the dates and locations of each event to ensure there are no conflicts with school activities, family commitments, work schedules, college visits, vacations, holidays, or other sports commitments.

Players may select as many tournaments as they wish. However, please only select tournaments that your player is committed to attending. By submitting the form, you are making a commitment for your player to participate if TCYLC fields a team for that event.

Please note the following:

• No payment is due at this time, however by selecting the tournament you are committed to attending and paying once the roster is full.
• Once tournament participation is finalized, families will receive an invoice for the tournaments selected.
• Payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.
• Teams will only be entered into tournaments that receive enough player commitments to meet the minimum roster requirement.
• If the minimum roster requirement is not met, TCYLC will not register a team for that event.
• Players will be assigned to rosters in the order that completed forms are received.
• Once a roster reaches the maximum player limit shown on the spreadsheet, that roster will be considered full.
• Additional players may be placed on a waitlist unless enough commitments are received to form an additional team.

Our goal is to provide as many playing opportunities as possible while ensuring we have enough committed players to field competitive teams and maintain appropriate roster sizes.

Please complete the commitment form no later than August 28, 2026. After the deadline, we will review registrations, determine which events have sufficient participation, and begin finalizing rosters and tournament registrations.
