How to Create Your NCAA ID Number
If you are interested in playing college lacrosse at the NCAA level, one of the first things you should do is create an NCAA Eligibility Center account. Once you do, you will receive an NCAA ID number that college coaches may request during the recruiting process.
Step 1: Go to the NCAA Eligibility Center
Visit: https://eligibilitycenter.org or https://web3.ncaa.org/ecwr3/
Step 2: Create an Account
Click "Register" or "Create Account."

Step 5: Record Your NCAA ID Number
Once your account is created, you will receive an NCAA ID Number. Save it in a safe place and share it with college coaches when requested.

All players interested in playing college lacrosse should create an NCAA ID number by the start of junior year, if not sooner. Even if you are unsure about playing NCAA lacrosse, having the ID number ready makes conversations with college coaches much easier. After you receive your NCAA ID number, email it to me and keep a copy for your recruiting records.
